1. Damaged or Defective Items

At Morganite, we take great care in ensuring that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to assist you.

  • Notify Us Within 3 Days: Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to report any damaged or defective items.

  • How to Report: Send an email to info.morganite@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92-308-9375262 with the following information:

    • Order number
    • A description of the damage or defect
    • Clear photos showing the damage or defect
  • What We Will Do: Once we confirm the issue, we will arrange a prompt exchange at no additional cost. This includes covering both return shipping and the shipping of the replacement item.

2. Size Exchange Policy

At Morganite Pakistan, we do not generally offer size exchanges. We highly recommend reviewing our size chart before making a purchase to ensure the item fits your preferences.

  • Special Case Size Exchanges: In exceptional cases, size exchanges may be considered. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be approved by our customer service team.
  • Double Delivery Charges Apply: If a size exchange is approved, the customer will be responsible for double delivery charges, which includes:
    • Return shipping for the original item
    • Shipping of the new size

We strongly encourage you to consult our size chart carefully before making your purchase to avoid any sizing issues.

3. Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To ensure a smooth exchange process, the following conditions must be met:

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
  • Timeframe: Requests for exchanges must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale, clearance, or deeply discounted are not eligible for exchange.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for exchange.

4. How to Request an Exchange

If you would like to request an exchange, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us Within 3 Days: Reach out to us at info.morganite@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +92-308-9375262. Include your order number and a description of the issue. For special size exchanges, please specify the desired size.

  • Approval Process: If your exchange request is for a size change, we will review the case. If approved, you will be informed about the additional delivery charges that apply.

  • Return Shipping: After approval, the following steps will take place:

    • Delivery of New Item: Once approved, we will send the new item to your address.
    • Collection of Original Item: When the new item arrives, the courier will collect the original item for return. Please ensure the item is properly sealed and in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or those purchased during special promotions are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
